Out of respect for Kinolime community members, all users will:
- comply with requests from Kinolime Team Members;
- be courteous to other Kinolime users when submitting reviews or providing criticism; and
- not interfere with other Guests' enjoyment of the use of Kinolime’s services.
The following actions are prohibited:
- acting in a manner that is unruly, disruptive and/or illegal;
- displaying or posting inconsiderate, vulgar or otherwise inappropriate behavior or language toward Kinolime Team
Members and/or other Guests;
- using derogatory/foul/abusive language and/or making obscene gestures;
- displaying obscene, indecent and/or inappropriate images;
- fighting, taunting or making threatening gestures or remarks to other Guests;
- damaging or attempting to damage any Kinolime property and/or its contents.
Kinolime maintains a zero tolerance policy regarding any Guest who violates the Guest Code of Conduct. All Guests
must comply with the Guest Code of Conduct. Any Guest who does not will be subject to immediate ejection from the
Kinolime community without refund and may also be in violation of participating State and City rules, regulations and
ordinances, resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

Kinolime Team Members are Available to Help Ensure the Best Possible Experience for Guests.
Guests are encouraged to report any security or guest relations issue to Kinolime Team Members, or Guests can
confidentially text the issue to hello@kinolime.com, and
a Kinolime Team Member will respond.
Please note that Kinolime Team Members are not necessarily employees of Kinolime. All those who work in the Kinolime community and provide services to Guests are referred to as "Team Members" even though they may not be directly employed by Kinolime.
