This is my capstone project for my senior year film class. I’m excited to get the opportunity to film this project and get good hands on learning experience from it. I spent a long time writing this draft and I feel it reflects my personality and my ability to write fairly well. The story is mostly a comedy with some serious emotional beats sprinkled throughout the short. It will be around 10-15 minutes long and it takes place in the 70s. I am excited to hopefully get scholarship money from this so I can attend MTSU to further my film studies. I have wanted to direct movies since I was little and it’s a dream come true to have the resources to create story’s like this for whatever screen it’s shown on.
